SUSTAINABLE PRODUCTION

Lifson Linen is committed to sustainable production and to reducing our environmental impact. With sustainability at the heart of our business, we’re serious about using ethically sourced raw materials to craft high-quality products that last.

The down and feather filling found in Lifson Linen’s duvets, pillows, mattress toppers and scatters is sourced as a by-product of the European poultry industry, or from Hungarian geese that moult as they age. All our filling is fully traceable to its farms of origin – and we never, ever, source raw materials from farms where live plucking is practised.

Our fabrics are compliant with OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and are certified free from harmful chemicals. By using high quality raw materials, we create products that are made to last longer.

All Lifson Linen duvets, pillows and scatters are made on-site in our Cape Town factory, building skills and employment right here in our home country.

REMAKE, REFILL, RECOVER, REPURPOSE

As part of our commitment to sustainability, Lifson Linen offers a comprehensive refilling and repurposing service. Contact us to speak to the team about how we can extend the lifespan of your down/feather duvet, pillow, scatter inner or mattress topper, and make a positive difference to our planet. Our sleep experts will assess what’s possible and breathe new life into your bedding.

We also offer an exclusive top-up service for retail customers who purchase any standard size Royal Comfort duvets or pillows from our online store. That’s a free, up to 30% top-up service within five years of purchase. Ts and Cs apply.
